 My favorite food is Paila marina, as it contains various seafood from our shores and the taste of its broth is a unique delight of Chilean gastronomy. This dish is usually prepared in ain a giant pot about two hours or a little more, then they usually serve it on a plate of clay. It’s great to eat during the holidays as in the south or on the beach. The most exquisite of this preparation is the broth, as it invades our palate with flavors of the sea. In my family we do this preparation in special moments such as birthdays, family gatherings and holy week.
